Peterson University Flake is a relaxing enjoyable blend of Virginias and Burley with a mild flavouring of plum. It’s based on select Virginia grades combined with orange, brown and mahogany Virginia and sun cured leaf from India. The leaves are pressed together for days to form a cake, which is then sliced into uniform flakes. It smokes well, reliably and steadily, giving lots of delicious smoke full of Virginia’s sweet grassy hay and earthy notes and Burley’s nutty tones, with a hint of plum that weaves in and out, tantalising the taste buds.
