All packages are sent via Royal Mail, wrapped securely to ensure they get to you in optimum condition.

UK MAINLAND

To find out how much we charge to deliver your order, please refer to the breakdown below –

Standard Delivery, Royal Mail (2-3 working days) – £3.50
Express Delivery*, Royal Mail (1-2 working days) – £8.50

*Available on products in stock at our shop. Products not in stock will require an extra working day for delivery. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know.

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE UK. PROOF OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY

LIGHTERS

UK Standard Delivery, Royal Mail (2-3 working days) – £9.99

Please note that all lighters are despatched empty.

If the delivery option selected is less than the courier quote, you will be notified by email with a confirmation of any additional cost. You will need to confirm by reply if you wish to proceed with the order prior to despatch.

RETURNS

If, for any reason you aren’t happy with your order and would like to return it for a refund, please contact 01273 606110 or [email protected] quoting your order number. We will be able to assist you from there.

Products need to be returned as sold. Any products that have been opened or used will not be refunded. Lighters must be returned empty as couriers will not accept filled lighters and may destroy them.
